Dwayne, who planted Wellspring Church Charlotte NC in 2007, is now the pastor. He serves as a director of pastoral care for the Acts 29 Network. In addition to pastoring Dwayne is a zealous advocate for training the new generation of Biblical counselors. He sits on the Board of Directors of the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He is the author of numerous articles on the internet as well as a contributor to Christ-Centered Biblical Counseling: Redefining lives with God's eternal truth (eds. Kelleman, Viars). Dwayne has three kids along and a wife Leslie.
